Since MCO 2.0 (13 Jan 2021), Malaysia’s COVID infection rates have been steadily rising. Six months later, on 13 July 2021, our daily infection rates crossed the five-figure mark, and has not gone down since. The Malaysian healthcare system is breaking: hospitals have become overwhelmed, our medical frontliners are exhausted - physically and mentally. They can’t take care of themselves anymore.
